The SEVENS are coming…BACK!
After the huge success of last year, the Emirates Airline Edinburgh Sevens are coming back to Murrayfield on the 31st of May and 1st of June 2008.
You can be there too and enjoy the exciting, free flowing, try-laden world class international rugby on the pitch and the party off it!
The Rugby
16 international rugby teams including New Zealand, South Africa, Australia, Fiji, England AND of course Scotland all play in the 8 leg IRB Sevens World Series and will be back at Murrayfield for the last leg of the series on the 31st of May 2008.
The Party
Inside the stadium spectators will be entertained all day not just by the dazzling on the pitch but also the party off it. There will be cheerleaders, sing-a-longs, competitions, fancy dress prizes and much, much more!
The party atmosphere continues on the back pitches with the Martin Currie Festival Of Rugby where boys, girls, men and women will playing all types of rugby over the weekend. You can join in too as there will be skills zones, challenges and inflatables to suit all ages including the young at heart!
